Special Constable's Blog (About)
Special Constable's Blog. Another policing blog, but from the viewpoint of a special constable. Special constables are people who volunteer to do policework and give their time freely to the role; thus helping to keep council tax down for all of us. The blog is good, not as in depth into policing as The Policeman's Blog, but with good thought and some informative insights.
Update 14/09/2006 The blog now appears to have been deleted, as this was done with no prior warning of closure notice, I am assuming that the blog writer was "discovered" and forced to choose between blogging and volunteer policing.
